James voice sounds best when they play songs from …And Justice for all

theyve been active since they formed in 81 what are you talking about. My main point with my first response to the first person i was replying to was that St. anger isnt a great album. And that people only liked it when it first came out because they were waiting for five years between anger and reload when they took a break and they wanted something new.

im pretty sure theyve been active since 83 (besides a bit after Cliffs death and Jasons departure)

Five years, huh? Well, it’s either that or that pesky thing called musical taste which tends to be quite individualistic. I, personally, didn’t like it but why begrudge those that did or do?

im talking about the 5 year time between st anger and their last album before it

@metallicaHTL are you crazy?
between Master Of Puppets (1986) and Justice For All (1988) is only a short 2 year period. And don’t forget, they lost Cliff Burton on Tour in 1986! -

and the only reason people liked it when it first came out was because they took a five year break and people were wating so long for a new album.

Songs like this are the perfect example of a heavy song in Standard Tuning (although I think they have it tuned down half step here.) But it’s still really heavy on disc.

Okay but…i saw on many concerts Robert as back vocal…i mean…if he is really back vocal…he is not bad at all, but i like kirk’s voice more. xD

Justice, is my favourite metallica album.
I don’t see why people trash st anger either, it’s not that bad of an album once you listen to it

in my opinion, “ANd justice for all” is the best metallica CD. lots of people say its the Black album, but justice album is my fave. Blackened happens to be my favorite song, Frayed ends of sanity is KA, 2.lol
